Malta Virtual Tourist is a minimalistic application targeting inbound tourists, coming to the Maltese Islands. It includes lists of go-to places organised by category and a number of interesting facts about Malta - which one would find interesting and useful while on vacation. Users can set proximity distance, which will be applied in search filters in all categories, to show the near me venues and landmarks. Categories are revisited regularly by administrators who add new listings every so often. The aim of the app is to serve as a simple collection of go-to places without the frills of vouchers, offers and intrusive notification messages.

Users can search, view and directly contact any business or site listed within the app. Each profile includes a logo, image, description (including offerings), social media links, website link and contact details.
